2019
Milestone

Promoted to Technology Lead at goBRANDgo!

Formally promoted to Technology Lead at goBRANDgo!, a full-service marketing agency working with $50–$250M privately-held companies. The role expanded my scope beyond development to include influence over internal tooling, technology decisions, hardware, and how the broader team worked — in addition to continuing to lead development across client projects.

2018
Speaking

Speaker at WordCamp STL

Co-presented with a colleague from goBRANDgo! on how multiple developers can collaborate on the same WordPress project simultaneously without stepping on each other — covering branching strategies, local environments, and deployment workflows.

2017
Client Event

Hosted Fantasy Football Draft for the San Diego Padres

Hosted a live fantasy football draft experience for the San Diego Padres organization in 2017 through theDraftNight app — one of the standout real-world activations of the platform.

Milestone

theDraftNight Reaches #22 in U.S. App Store Sports

During the height of fantasy football season, theDraftNight climbed to #22 in the paid apps category under Sports in the U.S. Apple App Store. Watching a product I built from scratch rank nationally in real time was one of those validating moments you don't forget.

Milestone

Completed Second Half Marathon — Go! St. Louis

Ran my second half marathon at the Go! St. Louis race, finishing in 2:12:12. Back-to-back years of 13.1 miles — proof that the first one wasn't a fluke.

Client Event

Rebuilt the St. Louis Surge Women's Basketball Website

Partnered with Khalia Collier, owner of the St. Louis Surge, to redesign and rebuild their web presence on WordPress. The project included ticketing integration, a dynamic roster, live stats, and a more engaging fan experience. Khalia has since gone on to receive national recognition as one of the most accomplished young sports executives in the country.

2016
Client Event

Pro Bono Web Project with St. Louis FC's All Fleur One Charity

Built the website for All Fleur One, the charitable arm of St. Louis FC — the city's professional USL soccer team. This was my first real project as an independent freelance developer, and partnering with a pro sports organization right out of the gate set the tone for a career that keeps finding its way back to sports.

Milestone

Completed the Go! St. Louis Half Marathon

Crossed the finish line of my first half marathon — 13.1 miles in 2:21:23. Running has never been my thing, but I did the work, showed up, and got it done. A reminder that hard things are worth doing even when you're not naturally built for them.

Milestone

Landed First Major Partnership: The Post Sports Bar & Grill

Secured an initial $35,000 advertising partnership with The Post Sports Bar & Grill — billed as the world's first fantasy sports bar, with two St. Louis locations at the time. This was the first real external validation of theDraftNight as a business, giving us a physical venue and a committed partner. We went on to host 300–400 live fantasy drafts together, and the app was eventually sold to The Post. A second $30,000 investment followed roughly a year later.

2014
Milestone

Launched theDraftNight on the Apple App Store

After two years of development starting from a napkin idea in 2012, theDraftNight officially launched on the Apple App Store. Built entirely by international development contractors and local designers, this was my first experience taking a product from concept to market — managing remote teams, navigating the App Store review process, and shipping something real.
